About Role

As an Agency Partner Manager at Kustomer, you’ll be the architect of a brand-new agency partner program. Your primary goal is to drive revenue by forging meaningful and revenue-generating relationships with digital marketing and advertising agencies. Leveraging your playbook and industry know-how, you’ll prospect, engage, onboard and collaborate with top-tier agencies, influencers and affiliates. You’ll serve as the critical bridge between Kustomer and our agency partners, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership that aligns with our Kustomer platform. This role is focused on creation, innovation, and revenue-driven results over maintenance of existing partner programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically identify and engage key players in the service industry who can amplify our impact within the Retail and E-commerce sectors. This encompasses a broad spectrum of potential partners, including Development Agencies, Digital Marketing Firms, Customer Outsourcing Services, E-commerce Consultants, and Industry Influencers, among others.

  • Establish and nurture mutually beneficial agency relationships, positioning yourself as the go-to liaison for all collaborative initiatives and support needs

  • Empower agency partners of Kustomer with comprehensive product training and insights, equipping them to sell Kustomer to their clients

  • Collaborate with agency partners to build and oversee a sales pipeline, tracking opportunities and sharing conversion results, making data-driven recommendations for improvement

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts with partners, striking a balance that yields benefits for both sides and long-term success

  • Use Hubspot and/or Salesforce to deliver reports that provide visibility into partnership activities, customer retention and key performance metrics.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

  • 8+ years of experience of successful agency partnership development and management in the SaaS industry.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising,SaaS solutions and the Shopify ecosystem.

  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, SaaS solutions and the Shopify ecosystem.

  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
