Omnisend is seeking dynamic and experienced professional to join our Agency Partnerships team. As an Agency Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling partnerships with our agency and freelance partners. Reporting to the Director of Agency Partnerships, you will play a key role in defining and implementing partnership strategies for your assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the agency ecosystem, an understanding of the digital landscape, and a proven track record in managing multifaceted projects while driving business growth. We are seeking an adept at influencing and collaborating across functions to drive scalable solutions for partners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates leadership in problem-solving, and is comfortable working within a fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
What you’ll do @Omnisend:
- Onboard and drive activation of new agency partners in alignment with other functions of Agency Partnerships and Sales teams;
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to drive engagement and revenue growth;
- Provide strategic consultancy to existing agency partners and their accounts, helping them to effectively implement and scale their use of Omnisend’s platform;
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners, including co-marketing activities, QBRs, educational and inspiration programs, and support initiatives, to drive partnership expansion;
- Serve as the primary advocate for partners portfolio across functions like Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, to align on partnership plans and deliverables, to ensure that Omnisend is providing value to partners;
- Build accounts’ referral pipeline with your partners, managing referrals (and co-selling opportunities) to/from your partners, and driving enablement programs to promote Omnisend;
- Utilize internal CRM and partners’ management systems to ensure monitoring and reporting on the performance of agency partnerships, and determine corrective measures where needed to reach quarterly targets;
- Own forecasting based on accurate partners portfolio and their accounts analysis, to support planning of quarterly OKRs;
- Exceed sales goals for yourself and your team;
- Represent Omnisend at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote Agency Partnerships Program.
We expect that you'll bring:
- 5+ years experience working at a Media or Advertising Agency, Consulting Company and/or in Account Management, Digital, Marketing, Media Sales;
- 3+ years experience managing partnerships or business client accounts portfolio within agency or large media business;
- Proficiency in developing pitch strategies aiming to influence decision making of managed business partners;
- Strong ability to track and communicate the progress of strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, synthesize feedback, and adjust plans accordingly;
- Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams in building solutions and providing service value to managed business client accounts;
- In-depth understanding of the agency landscape, its challenges and opportunities;
- Past experience operating with revenue-focused targets;
- Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce ecosystem and trends;
- Excellent organizational and project management skills;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal;
- Bonus: previous experience in and/or knowledge of SaaS business model;
- Bonus: Previous experience in and/or knowledge of Email marketing, Marketing automation.
