Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative go-getter who likes to work and play hard. 

Key Focuses:

  • Sales and Business Development: Engage with advertising and marketing agencies to promote our products and services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency decision-makers, including account executives, managers, and directors. Understand their needs, provide excellent customer service, and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to agency clients. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for agency partners as needed.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Collaborate with agency clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor solutions to meet theirs and their customer's needs. Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and other terms to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Analyze market data and provide insights to internal stakeholders for strategic decision-making and product development.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and sales forecasts. Provide regular updates to the sales management team regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as product strategy, customer success, and product to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer expectations.
  • Attend Industry Events: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and build relationships with agency stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in a Sell pay-for-performance solutions to Recruitment Advertising Agencies
  • Must have experience developing industry and account relationships to leverage during the sales process
  • Agency Relationship Manager will have 3 + years sales experience, preferably in the recruitment or advertising space.
  • Travel up to 30-50%

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
