The company specializes in natural gas and power trading, multi-commodity wholesale, and energy infrastructure management. As the Agency Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing partnerships with external agency sales channels, driving business growth, and scaling our presence in the energy sector.

Job Description

  • Managing Agency Partnerships; establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with external agency sales channels in the electricity and gas sectors.
  • Strategic Partnership Development; design and execute strategies to enhance collaboration with agency partners and expand market share.
  • Lead high-level negotiations to establish commercial terms and contracts that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance from agency partners to inform decisions and optimize results.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to improve agency partners’ product knowledge and operational processes.
  • Address and resolve challenges raised by agency partners to ensure smooth collaboration and high partner satisfaction.
  • Oversee agency sales activities to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and conferences, promoting the company’s products and services.
  • Track market trends and competitor strategies within agency sales channels to refine the company’s approach.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing and partnering with sales agencies, preferably in the power, gas, or energy-related sectors. Experience with SME clients is a plus
  • Experienced with using digital sales tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms to enhance efficiency
  • Fluency in Polish, communication level in English
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset; thrive in a start-up setting, contributing to the growth and scaling of a new business
  • Results-Oriented; strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
