Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Own the Independent Agency onboarding process (legal, tech, training, reporting, etc.) to allow agencies to see the value of Cinch and produce at target within the first 90 days
  • Assist in building and continually revising the playbook for successful agencies
  • Expand and execute an efficient agency training process, including implementing and managing an LMS solution to ensure that agencies are always comfortable with Cinch and our products.
  • Assist in managing data collection, analysis, and reporting. Proactively identify production and profitability opportunities
  • Manage communication needs for agency partners
  • Work effectively with members of Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, and Insurance teams to support the agencies and identify trends to guide success
  • Back up the Customer Support team handling front line producer issues from the agencies.
  • Be the face of Cinch to our agency partners. Know them, meet them where they are, be attentive to their needs, and do what's necessary to help them be successful selling Cinch in their agencies
  • Support existing Cinch agent partners with developing marketing campaigns, leveraging technologies
  • Review and analyze territory trends to identify, communicate and act on data
  • Develop creative sales solutions in collaboration with Cinch Agent Partners
  • Support Business Development Managers with larger agency appointments
  • Mentoring others on the team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience/Other Requirements

  • 6+ years of outstanding sales performance with the ability to drive results and innovate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License preferred, or the ability to get one within the first three (3) months of employment
  • Strong oral and written communication with the ability to manage large and small audiences, whether remote or in-person
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products along with experience utilizing a CRM
  • Insurance product knowledge and the ability to gather additional knowledge rapidly
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills
  • Travel may be required based on the business needs
  • A passion for helping partner agencies
  • Carrier experience required
  • Independent goal setting

Education:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
