Agentic AI Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Agentic AI Architect based in India.

This is a senior technical leadership role at the forefront of enterprise AI innovation, focused on designing and delivering next-generation agentic AI systems. You will architect scalable, secure, and production-ready multi-agent frameworks that solve complex business problems across enterprise environments. The role blends deep hands-on architecture with strategic leadership, requiring you to define AI standards, governance models, and deployment best practices. You will work across engineering, product, and business teams to translate real-world challenges into intelligent AI-driven solutions. A strong focus will be placed on building systems using modern GenAI and agent orchestration techniques, ensuring reliability, observability, and compliance at scale. • Design and architect enterprise-grade multi-agent AI systems with strong emphasis on scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Build and deploy agentic AI solutions using orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, memory systems, evaluation layers, and safety guardrails.
• Architect AI platforms leveraging AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway, and related cloud-native technologies.
• Design secure integrations between AI systems and enterprise ecosystems, including legacy applications, identity systems, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Define and implement AI governance frameworks covering observability, explainability, compliance, auditability, monitoring, and responsible AI principles.
• Establish production-grade standards for model evaluation, drift detection, reliability testing, and continuous AI performance monitoring.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise-grade security, scalability, and operational standards.
• Develop reusable architecture blueprints, best practices, and technical documentation to support scalable AI delivery across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust AI architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• Support pre-sales and client-facing engagements, including solution design, technical workshops, estimations, and presentations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, driving excellence in AI engineering practices.
• Stay updated with advancements in Agentic AI, Generative AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise AI governance to continuously evolve architecture practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall technology experience, with 3–5+ years focused on production-grade AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI systems.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing multi-agent AI architectures in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Deep understanding of agentic AI concepts such as orchestration, RAG, memory systems, AI evaluation, and guardrails.
• Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms, secure networks, identity systems, and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, compliance, explainability, observability, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Expertise in model monitoring, drift detection, evaluation methodologies, and production AI reliability practices.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in solution architecture, pre-sales support, technical workshops, and delivery governance.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to mentor engineers and drive architectural consistency across projects.
• Exposure to multi-cloud or large-scale enterprise transformation programs is a plus.
