Agile Business Analyst (100% Remote- U.S Based)
Job Description
The self-motivated person who fills this position will be joining and contributing to a dynamic and determined team that will be assisting a local Northern California public sector client to successfully transform how they provide services to their respective clients. This digital transformation initiative will involve close collaboration with the client to architect, design, and develop a secure, user-centric, and mission-critical solution that will involve multiple teams that are organized to meet the client's needs through a fast-paced agile development approach. This initiative will have a lasting positive impact on enhancing the citizen experience.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in different groups to help in the development of this solution. This critical client initiative must integrate several complex components using modern and disparate technologies.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
The Agile Business Analyst has at least 5 years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects using the agile methodology. The Agile Business Analyst supports the agile team during the execution of the agile sprints. They will assist in the design of the CMIPS system under the guidance of the Case Management SME, Applications Development Manager and workstream leads.
• Work with product owner and team to analyze features and user stories for requirement and project impact• Create / update roadmap for the Agile team initiative • Work on necessary agile sprint documentation required by the Client
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
* Five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
* At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in developing and documenting business and system requirements.
* At least two (2) year of that experience must have been in an agile environment or candidate has an Agile Certification.

dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $59,000 - $130,600."
