About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Agile Coach to join our engineering team.
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our Agile transformation journey, guiding and inspiring our teams to embrace Agile principles and practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within our engineering department. What you’ll do

• Lead and guide the organization through its Agile transformation journey, ensuring that Agile principles and practices are integrated effectively into the company's culture and workflows.

• Coach and mentor Agile teams and individuals in the organization to understand and apply Agile methodologies, fostering self-organization, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Design and deliver tailored training programs, workshops, and educational sessions to elevate the Agile skills and mindset of team members at all levels.

• Collaborate with teams to implement and refine Agile processes such as Scrum, Kanban, or other frameworks and best practices, with a focus on improving efficiency, quality, and value delivery.

• Work with cross-functional teams, product managers, stakeholders, and other departments to establish a unified, organization-wide approach to Agile practices, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and values.

• Lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to Agile practices, building enthusiasm, securing buy-in, and effectively managing resistance to change.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Agile practices and identify areas for improvement.

About you

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Technology, Business, or similar areas.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the role of Agile Coach.

• Experience in using collaborative tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of OKRs and flight levels is a plus.

• Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), Kanban (KMP), or Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) certification is a plus.
