The Job At-A-Glance:

Q2 is seeking an Agile Coach for our Enablement Office in the Global Technology Organization. The Agile Coach will drive the adoption and optimization of lean agile value and principles utilizing PMI Disciplined Agile practices. The agile coach will work directly with operational teams to help raise the level of agility and play a key role in engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to help facilitate agile maturity. The Agile coach will provide agile coaching to teams and programs leveraging Scrum, lean, Kanban, SAFe, and DevOps principles and practices, with practical guidance transitioning from waterfall.

A Typical Day:

Career level professional expertise and experience as an Agile Coach. In addition to P05, this employee will have a broader level of knowledge of Agile best practices and a deeper understanding of Agile methods such as SAFe, Lean, and others. Knowledge of Project/Program Management Agile methods and practices. Accomplished in Agile practices, tools, measurements, and project/program management agile methods and practices. Normally receives general instruction on day-to-day work, detailed instructions on new assignments.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience and 5+ years of previous Scrum Master and 2 - 3 years of Agile Coach experience. Ideally looking for candidates based in the Texas area.
