Agile Coach/SPC

Introduction
At IBM Agile Coaches support the transformation of government programs. As an IBM Agile Coach you will have the opportunity to leverage your Lean-Agile experience and expertise to improve program performance by coaching teams and client stakeholders delivering training facilitating workshops and events and being a trusted partner to our federal clients. Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include: champion continuous improvement efforts on federal contract increase agile team performance support change management efforts for new ways of working (with the government & team IBM) support SAFe enablement for project’s PM coach current IBM leadership team and generally improve IBM’s posture for impending recompete.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 5 years agile experience (as Coach RTE Scrum Master Product Owner etc.) including 2 years of experience implementing SAFe on large government programs
• At least 10 years software development/information technology experience
• Must be clearable

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 3 years federal government experience
• At least 3 years bid & proposal experience
• At least 3 years project/program management experience
