The Role

As an Agile Engineering Lead at 1904labs, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' success through continuous alignment and serving leadership of the team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients and facilitating communication between the team and the client.

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of experience leading discussions with clients, acting as a guide to help them accomplish their goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • At least four years of experience working with software development or data solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and prepared to exhibit serving leadership daily.

  • Working knowledge of Agile in a team-based environment

A Day in The Life
  • Seeks to understand the larger needs of the business unit and company while building relationships across client teams.
  • Proactively build client relationships to become a trusted advisor to help uncover and solve other problems beyond the scope of the current team.
  • Provide serving leadership to the team by creating a positive team culture and facilitating interactions between the team and the client.
  • Understand and serve the needs of each client by scheduling and attending regular status meetings, reporting on development team health, supporting refinement activities,
  • Navigate all phases of the team's cycle (Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing) by facilitating the team's understanding and adoption of HCD Agile best practices, including supporting team activities within the current sprint and pairing with team members when invited.
