Agile Intelligence Solutions Architect
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as Intelligence Community (IC) Tools capability development subject-matter expert, advisor, and action officer for the ACC Intelligence Directorate's ISR Systems and Capabilities Division
- Facilitating ISR software project activities; guide projects through development, implementation, training, and exercise demonstrations, and track post implementation value to the enterprise
- Building, capturing, cataloging, and architecting solutions employing IC software tools, capabilities, and initiatives to help drive fiscal, developmental, and operational efficiencies and Agile intelligence and data analytics across the Combat Air Forces
- Capturing ACC OT&E and AF IC Tool business processes, discover gaps and obstacles that inhibit the achievement of capability development objectives, and translate that awareness into organizational, procedural, and technological solutions with software development partners
- Coordinating and establish recurring, collaborative forums with national, DoD, Joint, federal, and industry partners on intelligence capabilities, programs, policies, systems, and initiatives across all Air Force intelligence disciplines
- Collaborating with government agencies and academia to explore applicability and adaptability of current and future software- and data-centric technology to Air Force intelligence operations
- Coordinating with A2 divisions and other stakeholders to remain current on capability challenges, gaps, and opportunities and present updates of all IC Tool projects and portfolios (includes capabilities, requirements, funding, roadmaps, POAMs, etc.)
- Facilitating the Systems, Tools, and Applications Working Group (STAWG)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Security Clearance Required: Top Secret and be SCI eligible by the CCF based on an SSBI
- Possess a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, with 10+ years' overall experience developing, testing, and employing software- and data-centric solutions for Air Force intelligence operations, including 5+ years' experience with national-, joint-, AF (AOC-, DGS-, and/or unit-level) data-centric intelligence tools and tradecraft
- Strong technical writing, presentation, and educational experience/skills
- Familiarity with Agile software development tenets and techniques
- Familiarity with Data Science principles and techniques and how they are leveraged to innovate capabilities for Air Force Intelligence Airmen and their operational customers
- Significant experience in change management in AF operations (highly desired)
