Job Description

Agile Product Management Lead Analyst

Product Backlog

  • Assists in the maintenance of product backlog
  • Assist in value evaluation and metrics as necessary

Intake and Decomp Process

  • Elaboration of features/epics into quality user stories
  • Supports the TPO/Sr. TPO through the intake and decomp process as necessary

Represents the Customer

  • May help convey the vision and goals to the IT product teams in support of TPO/Sr. TPO
  • May interface and engage the customer in support of the TPO/Sr. TPO

Represent the Technical Product

  • Assist in the technical and product roadmap process
  • Considers reliability, tech debt, and product total costs of ownership
  • Learning and/or increasing knowledge of the product

Qualifications:

  • Must be a current contractor with Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services, or one of their subsidiaries.
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent; College graduate is preferred
  • 5+ years in health care or financial services industries is preferred
  • Be tech savvy - In depth knowledge with Microsoft Excel is required
  • Be inquisitive, analytical, and open minded, while keeping the intended outcomes in mind
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and presentation skills required
  • Prior experience in report development is preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
