Agile Product Owner Advisor - Express Scripts - Remote

Job Description

The Agile Business Product Owner represents the "voice of the customer" at the team level, maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog, to ensure that the team is working on stories that maximize business value and deliver necessary fixes and functionality to all customers. They must have strong business skills and experience, with either some past experience working with technology teams, or the ability and interest to learn how to work with technology teams. The Agile Business Product Owner will be 100% allocated to this role. The incumbent provides expert content/professional leadership on complex assignments/projects. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.

Essential Functions:

• Work with team to mitigate issues
• Contribute to the overall roadmap
• Work on all initiatives within the team
• Perform the right trends and produce sound metrics

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred
• PBM knowledge preferred
• Agile Product Owner a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to operate within a fast paced work environment
