Agile Project Manager @MMCTech

You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of Process changes, including managing the E2E roadmap, new process and complex process change implementation and stakeholder engagement and communications.

Collaborating with Process Owners, Process Stakeholders and Customers across our organization, you will make a massive contribution to the successful delivery of the E2E Program, enabling our delivery teams to deliver more value through the E2E Process Lifecycle.

THE ROLE & YOUR MISSION

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive and prioritized roadmap for the delivery of E2E process changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process change scope, establish timelines and set out milestones.
• Lead and coordinate activities, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor process change progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate process updates and status reports to stakeholders and customers, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Act as a liaison between the Process Team and its key stakeholders and customers, facilitating effective communication and managing expectations.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes and identify areas for improvement.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & VALUES

• 3 years’ experience as Agile Project Management | Scrum Master | Agile Delivery
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• An understanding of complex enterprise processes from a variety of perspectives (Legal, Compliance, Process Owner, Process Stakeholder).
• An intuitive mindset, enabling you to continuously evolve our approach to become more efficient and increase the value we provide to our customers.

What makes you stand out:

• A background or interest in application development
• An Agile or Six sigma certification
• Experience of or interest in DevOps, ideally Azure DevOps (ADO)
