Job Description

The Agile Project Manager will report directly to the Product Management Director. They will work closely with the data science and software development teams to be the go-to person for applying Scrum practices to produce high-quality work. Duties will include managing timelines, resolving problems, and following Agile methodologies. This person will use Monday.com and Jira to manage all workflow, therefore experience with these systems is a requirement.

They schedule internal project meetings with internal stakeholders, Account Managers and the project team, gather and align information for internal meetings along with taking and sharing meeting notes with the project team. They execute and monitor assigned tasks themselves or with the necessary parties who are assigned these responsibilities.

While this is a remote position, ideal candidates will live near one of our collaboration centers in St. Louis, Chicago or the Dallas/Ft.Worth areas, so that they can be on-site with teams regularly.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage each project's scope and timeline.
  • Monitor & control the entire project process in Brado's project management system, using Monday.com and Jira.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and team meetings.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
  • For all projects, oversee compliance and implementation of client PV guidelines (training/tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and follow-up resolution), updating project management software, saving relevant documentation per Brado's SOPs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in an Agile/Scrum project management position.
  • At least 2+ years of experience with Monday.com and Jira is a requirement.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and practices.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop, manage, and ensure successful execution of project plans, sprints, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Flexibility to adapt in changing project requirements and dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and resolve conflicts across multiple teams efficiently.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical details and project requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, serving as a bridge between development teams and project management.
