You ensure that key business results are achieved and for developing others to ensure the sustained continuity of Lamia plant. Using a systematic approach, you use strategic thinking skills to ensure results are sustained over the long term.
How you will contribute

• Travel across Greek fields to establish and maintain relationships with farmers and suppliers
• Communicate effectively with farmers, suppliers, and coworkers to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct regular warehouse inspections in Lamia to monitor storage conditions, including temperature control, for potatoes
• Inspect the production line to ensure the quality and efficiency of the production process
• Oversee the delivery process to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall quality of our products
