Description and Requirements
工作内容：
1. 负责AI平台开发及优化工作
2. 负责机器学习多个方向的工作，包括：模型训练、模型推理、资源调度、任务调度、模型管理、工作流编排等
3. 负责多种异构资源如GPU、CPU等编排调度，提升集群的整体资源利用率。
任职资格：
1. Python、R等编程语言及数据处理工具，如Pandas、NumPy等，进行数据的清洗、转换和预处理；
2. 熟悉主流的大模型微调技术（Prefix Tuning/Prompt Tuning/LoRA/RLHF等）；
3. 有大模型训练数据开发、推理数据开发、数据维护相关经验；
4. 有测评数据集相关开发经历，有数据集质量要求管理的相关经验；
5. 熟悉主流模型预训练/微调数据集；
6. 具有Kubernetes使用经验优先。
