Description and Requirements

工作内容：

1. 主要负责管理和优化大规模Kubernetes生产集群，基于在线服务、离线任务、AI训练、流式计算等复杂的业务调度场景，研发大规模、高可用、高性能、0信任的k8s集群统一调度技术
2. 建设系统自身高可用体系，如管控组件故障自动定位、自动恢复、自适应容灾、云原生技术实施及落地等，保障业务持续可用、保障线上系统稳定性。
3. 建设异构算力统一管理及资源调度系统，持续智算集群资源利用率、降低计算成本。
4. 持续跟踪AI智算、云原生及智能运维领域新技术，结合业务场景进行创新。

任职要求：

熟悉虚拟化网络和容器网络相关技术，有3年以上相关经验。

1.熟悉TCP/IP协议栈，熟悉SDN技术架构

2.熟悉云内的Underlay和Overlay的组网与技术方案；

3.掌握虚拟化平台的基本架构和原理，熟悉容器、KVM等虚拟化技术，了解一定的网络加速方案；

4.熟悉网络虚拟化相关技术，如GRE、VxLAN、linux bridge、OpenvSwitch、DPDK、OVN等；

5.具备良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力。
