Description and Requirements
职位描述：
1. 负责AI平台开发及优化工作
2. 负责机器学习多个方向的工作，包括：模型训练、模型推理、资源调度、任务调度、模型管理、工作流编排等
3. 负责多种异构资源如GPU、CPU等编排调度，提升集群的整体资源利用率
任职要求：
1. 熟悉Linux开发环境，具备良好扎实的算法基础、良好的编程风格和系统设计能力；
2. 扎实的编码能力，熟练掌握 Golang/Python 至少一门语言；
3.熟悉至少一种主流的机器学习框架（TensorFlow / PyTorch ）；
4. 精通 Kubernetes 架构和技术实现，具备自定义 Operator 开发经验者优先者优先；
5.了解GPU或相关AI加速芯片，有实际开发和优化经验者优先；
6.具有 Kubeflow, Argo, Openkruise, Istio, Volcano, Ray等开源软件使用/实践经验者优先。
