Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、全面带领产品、技术团队，负责公司的智能体服务的定义、开发、技术研发及运营管理工作，包括规划、架构、研发进度把控、项目管理及运营管理；

2、负责智能体产品及运营团队日常管理工作；与销售和用户运营团队合作、实现业务目标

3、统筹产品、技术团队，整体业务及技术架构设计，难点突破；

任职要求

1.硕士及以上学历，计算机或AI相关专业背景; 至少5年以上团队管理经验

2.具备3年的NLP及模型工程的经验，包括不限于模型调优、训练推理、模型评估等

3.具备智能体产品及业务相关经验

4主动，责任心强，有良好的团队合作和沟通能力
