Your Mission

We are looking for highly motivated, self-driven Software Engineers to join OMNIPEAKs Product Engineering team. You will own and lead engineering projects across our various product lines. The ideal candidate is passionate about shaping the future of AI in the industry and brings high energy and a strong sense of ownership to help accelerate OMNIPEAK’s growth.

Your Responsibility

Design and build cutting-edge AI agents that redefine problem-solving in ways never before achieved. As an Engineer at OMNIPEAK, you will take on unprecedented challenges, refining systems that unlock transformative possibilities for the future of AI.

Your Talent & Profile

• 4+ years of experience in a product-focused software engineering role, with a proven track record of shipping scalable products to end users. Our tech stack is rapidly evolving and includes Golang, React, and Node-RED, alongside cloud services like AWS and Azure. We also leverage state-of-the-art AI technologies, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Perplexity, and other large language models (LLMs).
• You have experience in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-paced environment, either as a founder or an early-stage engineer.
• You may have prior experience building with LLMs and Agents.
• You navigate ambiguity confidently, making quick, informed decisions and adjusting as OMNIPEAK evolves.
• You have a ‘no task is too big or too small’ mindset and will roll up your sleeve to get the job done. 
• You are highly entrepreneurial and have a passion for experimenting and iterating on new ideas to find what works.
• Professional proficiency in English (business fluent) is required. Strong German skills are a plus.
