Job Title: AI Architect

Location: Chicago IL

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and data requirements related to clinical trials.
• Design and implement data integration strategies to collect, cleanse, and transform disparate data sets into actionable insights.
• Develop and deploy advanced AI models and algorithms to extract meaningful patterns and trends from clinical trial data.
• Create scalable and efficient data pipelines to support real-time analytics and reporting.
• Work closely with the Salesforce team to integrate AI capabilities using Salesforce Einstein into our customer-facing platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the AI solution development lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technology to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience working as a solutions architect, data scientist, or AI specialist in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and data standards (e.g., CDISC) is highly desirable
• Proficiency in data integration and modeling, with hands-on experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehousing platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Transformers) for text analysis, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and AI services, particularly Salesforce Einstein, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business impact.
