Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior AIML Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms, with a particular focus on recommendation systems. You will work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure seamless integration of models into production and optimize performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Machine Learning Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms, with a particular focus on creating and enhancing recommendation systems.
• Data Pipeline Implementation: Implement and maintain efficient data pipelines and workflows, ensuring seamless data ingestion, processing, and transformation to support machine learning initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate machine learning models into production environments, ensuring alignment with project goals and business objectives.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance and scalability, leveraging best practices in machine learning, data engineering, and software development to achieve high efficiency and robustness.
• Model Validation and Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive validation and testing strategies to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and robustness of machine learning models, identifying and mitigating potential issues.
• Scalable Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions to support the deployment and maintenance of machine learning models, utilizing cloud services and other relevant technologies.
• Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, recommendation systems, and related fields, driving innovation and incorporating cutting-edge techniques into projects.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including model specifications, data pipelines, and deployment procedures, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement continuous improvement practices, regularly reviewing and refining processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, Sci-kit learn, TensorFlow, AWS Sagemaker

• Experience with AWS Sagemaker and the AWS ecosystem.

• Strong understanding of recommendation systems and their implementation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Skills Required

The Senior AIML Engineer should have proficiency in Python, Sci-kit Learn, and TensorFlow. Expertise in AWS Sagemaker and the AWS ecosystem is essential to excel in this role.
