Our opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AI & Automation Solution Lead to join our team. As an Automation Solutions Lead you oversee the development and implementation of automation solutions within an organization. This role typically involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, designing and deploying automation frameworks, and ensuring that automation solutions align with business objectives.

Location: San Jose, CA (onsite)

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

• Leading the automation strategy and roadmap for the organization.
• Managing a team of automation engineers and developers.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
• Ensuring that automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of automation solutions.
• Providing training and support to end-users and team members.

You will be a great fit if you have: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred
• 10+ years of experience in project management, including agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills. An ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation within business workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proficiency in data analytics and working with large datasets to develop AI models.
• Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and related technologies.
• Awareness of ethical implications in AI applications, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

The base salary range for this is $194,000 - $210,000 plus commission. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
