Job Description

We are seeking an AI business analyst with a focus on promoting Predictive and Generative AI solutions using machine learning models. In this role, the Candidate should create a communications strategy to raise awareness and promote the adoption of AI and ML technology. The primary focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders and thought leaders, and crafts educational and inspirational content that enlightens them about the vast opportunities presented by AI. Candidates need to conduct research and experimentation to consume the latest machine learning algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Ability to develop and execute a strategic plan to drive AI technology initiatives and establish our company as a thought leader in the AI/ML domain.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration and innovation.

• Develop use cases and business cases for AI projects 

• Collaborate with vendors and partners to identify and implement AI solutions 

• Evangelize the benefits of AI technologies to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners

• Suggest new and existing suite of algorithms/models and their underlying systems including 

  • Perform feature engineering activities common to machine learning

  • Display standard data science statistics for models

  • Determine which features are relevant and contributing to the solution

• Proficient in formulating and evaluating KPIs, adept at recognizing trends, and skilled in identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and developments and share knowledge with the organization 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field 

• 5+ years of experience in promoting and advocating the use of AI technologies within an organization 

• Strong knowledge of various machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and AI technologies.

• Ability to quickly prototype ideas and solve complex problems by adapting creative approaches

• Ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve exceptional performance while taking full accountability for accomplishing critical business objectives.

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Prior experience in delivering AI/ML-related workshops, Hackathon or training sessions is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously 

• Knowledge of industry trends and developments in AI
