AI Creative Specialist
Job Description
The Refinery is an award-winning entertainment advertising agency located in Sherman Oaks. We work with all of the major studios producing creative digital, A/V and print campaigns for theatrical properties and television/streaming content.

Enough about us, here’s what we’re looking for:
Responsibilities
- You will evaluate different generative AI tools and platforms, based on capabilities, scalability, compatibility and cost-effectiveness
- Work closely with the Creative staff and Photo departments to act as a creative resource for image generation upon request
- Rollout, train and integrate all relevant generative AI tools and features into our creative workflows / processes
- Establish best practices to ensure responsible and ethical AI tool use
- Develop and implement controls to ensure the output generated by generative AI tools meets our creative standards
- Provide regular recaps of the latest AI advancements and internal progress to leadership
- Research industry / general AI trends and build network of resources to help accelerate adoption
Typical expected working hours are 9:30am – 6:30pm PST. Hours can fluctuate depending on client/project needs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in generative AI tools, especially text to image, image to image
- Passion for experimentation and exploration
- Passion for learning and teaching
Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 USD
Rate offered will be dependent on factors such as one's qualifications, years of relevant experience and skillset.
