AI Creative Specialist

Responsibilities

• You will evaluate different generative AI tools and platforms, based on capabilities, scalability, compatibility and cost-effectiveness
• Work closely with the Creative staff and Photo departments to act as a creative resource for image generation upon request
• Rollout, train and integrate all relevant generative AI tools and features into our creative workflows / processes
• Establish best practices to ensure responsible and ethical AI tool use
• Develop and implement controls to ensure the output generated by generative AI tools meets our creative standards
• Provide regular recaps of the latest AI advancements and internal progress to leadership
• Research industry / general AI trends and build network of resources to help accelerate adoption

Typical expected working hours are 9:30am – 6:30pm PST. Hours can fluctuate depending on client/project needs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in generative AI tools, especially text to image, image to image
• Passion for experimentation and exploration
• Passion for learning and teaching

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 USD
Rate offered will be dependent on factors such as one's qualifications, years of relevant experience and skillset.
