We are seeking a dedicated Data Annotator to join our Machine Learning team on a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the evolution of our machine learning tools and customer service chatbot.
What you'll do
Engage in the detailed analysis and annotation of customer service datasets to produce high-quality data that serves as the foundation for model evaluation and trainingCollaborate with the Machine Learning team to enhance our AI models and transcription toolsIndependently ensure the precision and quality of annotated data with an unwavering commitment to detailWhat you'll bring
Strong proficiency in English, with exceptional skills in transcription, annotation, and summarization.
