AI Data Architect (US - Remote)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hands-on Data Architect to join our AI & Data team. This individual will play a crucial role in designing, creating, deploying, and managing the IntelePeer data products architecture. IntelePeer's mission is to deliver products and solutions to help our customer fully automate their customer interaction, delivering best in class customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data systems and in creating a data architecture to support our AI products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build robust data architecture systems to support the needs of our customers.
• Develop a data platform, ETL/ELT/API pipelines and interfaces for data exchange and other data structures, design and architecture documentation to support our customers business intelligence and our AI products needs
• Conduct data analysis to determine data needs and project requirements.
• Research, recommend and implement dataset catalog and metadata discovery and management solutions.
• Implement strategic data architecture plans and oversee and participate in their proper execution.
• Work closely with customers IT team, data scientists, analysts, and other business stakeholders to ensure system consistency.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and identify areas for improvement.

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role ideally in a data-oriented SaaS or software vendor.
• Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining.
• Excellent understanding of data analysis and management.
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Hands on experience with modern data processing tools and systems.
• Experience with modern data warehouse engines (Snowflake, ClickHouse, Databricks, Doris) and database engines (Iceberg, DuckDB)
• Hands-on experience with graph databases
• Experience with real-time data streaming architectures and time series data management
• Experience in Machine Learning, Neural Networks and data mining and curation
• Experience with dataset labeling, deduplication and optimization for AI/ML model training
• Experience with CDP platforms
• Strong knowledge of data integration patterns (ETL, ELT, API, streaming)
• Experience with cloud provider's data offerings
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education and experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of related experience required.
