AI Deployment and Strategic Communications Analyst

Join our dynamic team supporting the Office of Naval Research (ONR) in deploying cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence capabilities across the Naval enterprise. This role focuses on strategic communications, project management, executive briefings, and change management support. We are seeking candidates with extensive US Navy subject matter expertise who can effectively engage with high-ranking Naval officers and drive AI deployment initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly and monthly client reporting to communicate accomplishments, upcoming milestones, deliverables, significant meetings, and next steps.
• Assist in the planning and execution of quarterly stakeholder workshops, including leading the development of meeting agendas, capturing meeting notes, and summarizing key takeaways and action items.
• Engage with clients, multiple times a week supporting executive briefings and change management initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to streamline operations.
• Employ research and analytical thinking to support strategic communications and change management efforts.

This is a full time, salaried, exempt position with a hybrid work schedule based in Arlington, VA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have a SECRET level security clearance; Top Secret preferred.
• Proficiency in Data Science and Data Visualization tools, User Experience/Interface Design, and Data & Systems Engineering (e.g., Databricks, Trifacta).
• Extensive experience with US Navy operations and systems. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with high-ranking Naval officers.
• Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Previous experience in marketing/public affairs or communications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
• Prior military service, particularly with the US Navy, is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working with or supporting the Office of Naval Research.
• Certification in change management practices (e.g., PROSCI) is a plus.

The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a government granted security clearance.
