This role sits at the intersection of advanced AI engineering and real-world startup innovation, focusing on helping high-potential startups build and scale cutting-edge generative AI applications. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers from early ideation through to production-ready deployments using state-of-the-art API platforms. The environment is fast-paced, experimental, and highly collaborative, requiring strong technical depth paired with business understanding. You will work closely with early-stage and scaling startups across diverse industries, shaping impactful AI-driven solutions. The role also involves hands-on prototyping, problem-solving, and continuous iteration alongside customers. You will collaborate with internal product, research, and engineering teams to ensure customer insights directly influence platform evolution. This is a high-impact position where technical execution meets strategic influence in the evolving AI ecosystem.

• Partner closely with strategic startup customers as a technical advisor, helping them design, prototype, and scale generative AI applications from ideation to production.
• Provide proactive guidance on architecture, best practices, and implementation strategies to maximize business and product impact.
• Build and iterate hands-on prototypes alongside customers, demonstrating practical and scalable AI use cases.
• Identify high-value opportunities for leveraging AI capabilities to solve real-world startup challenges.
• Collect, synthesize, and communicate product and model feedback to internal research and product teams.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting best practices, building reusable resources, and supporting ecosystem growth.
• Engage actively with the startup ecosystem as a technical partner and trusted problem solver.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or equivalent technical roles, preferably in startup environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with solid understanding of modern AI and LLM best practices.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying applications using AI APIs or similar platforms.
• Experience in prototyping and delivering end-to-end AI-powered solutions.
• Strong ability to identify product and business opportunities through technical insight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; founder or founding engineer experience is highly valued.
• Strong ownership mentality, adaptability, and willingness to learn new domains quickly.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
