You will work on building and orchestrating AI-powered workflows, including multi-step agents that interact with tools, APIs, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines in production environments. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating AI-native software development workflows that enhance automation, scalability, and engineering productivity.

• Develop and maintain applications using technologies such as Angular, Node.js, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript, with strong integration of AI-driven workflows
• Apply Infrastructure as Code practices on AWS and contribute to scalable, cloud-native architectures
• Design and operate spec-driven development processes where structured specifications guide AI execution
• Build and orchestrate multi-step AI agents capable of planning, executing tasks, and interacting with tools, APIs, and development environments
• Integrate AI capabilities across the SDLC, including code generation, testing, debugging, and refactoring in production contexts
• Create reusable skills, prompt-based interfaces, and structured command systems to optimize engineering workflows
• Implement and manage integrations with Git, CI/CD pipelines, issue tracking systems, and observability tools
• Evaluate and ensure quality, safety, and consistency of AI-generated outputs in production environments

Requirements:

We are looking for a strong software engineer with solid experience in development and a deep understanding of AI-assisted engineering workflows and modern SDLC practices.

• Experience with backend or full-stack development using technologies such as Angular, Node.js, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, operate)
• Practical experience using AI in software development (code generation, testing, debugging, and refactoring)
• Familiarity with building or using AI agents with multi-step reasoning and tool usage capabilities
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration and integration across development and operational tools
• Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and observability platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to critically evaluate AI outputs for quality, safety, and reliability
• Ability to work in structured, specification-driven development environments
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
