AI Developer - Virtual Assistants and Business Automation (Security Industry)

This role will focus on designing, developing, and deployingAI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation toolsto streamline business processes, enhance client communication, and support mission-critical operations. The Role The AI Developer will be responsible for building intelligent systems that increase efficiency across the company—fromcommand center support toolsandguard scheduling automationtoclient-facing chatbotsandcompliance monitoring systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in AI development combined with the ability to understand business needs in the security industry. Key Responsibilities • Design and deployAI-powered chatbots and virtual assistantsfor internal and client use. • Automatesecurity business processes, including scheduling, reporting, and incident tracking. • Developmachine learning and NLP solutionstailored to security operations. • Integrate AI withaccess control, incident management, and CRM/ERP systems. • Ensure compliance withdata security, privacy, and industry regulations. • Work closely with operations, HR, and executive leadership to deliver scalable AI solutions. • Monitor and optimize performance of deployed AI applications. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Proficiency inPython, JavaScript, or comparable languages. • Experience withconversational AI frameworks(Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, etc.). • Knowledge ofLLMs, NLP pipelines, and prompt engineering. • Strong understanding ofAPIs, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Familiarity withsecurity industry operationsor regulated environments a plus. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills • Experience withenterprise automation tools(UiPath, Power Automate, etc.). • Background insecurity technology integration(access control, video, incident systems). • Strong focus oncompliance, confidentiality, and operational integrity.
