Position Overview:
We are seeking an AI Engineer with a passion for creating cutting-edge AI applications to join our dynamic team. This role involves both product development and client consulting, with a focus on implementing and scaling generative AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and deploy AI applications using advanced programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like LangChain, llama-index, etc.

● Integrate state-of-the-art generative AI technologies, including LLMs, to enhance our product offerings and consulting services.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Data Engineers, to design scalable solutions that address complex business challenges.

● Apply knowledge of NLP concepts such as embeddings, retrieval augmented generation, and named entity recognition to improve AI application performance.

● Ensure efficient model productionization in collaboration with MLOps and Data Engineering teams.

● Deploy and manage AI solutions using Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and performance.

● Keep abreast of the latest AI technology trends and advancements to drive innovation within the organization.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field with a strong focus on AI/ML and NLP.

● At least 2 years of relevant experience in developing AI applications, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in generative AI and NLP.

● Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with NLP libraries and frameworks.

● Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data lake/delta lake architectures.

● Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration techniques.

● Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity in applying AI/ML techniques to business problems, and effective communication and teamwork abilities
