The System Engineering Analytics Department operates at the intersection of Systems Engineering and AI. This is an opportunity for a motivated, creative AI developer to apply cutting edge tools and techniques to challenging problems facing the US government.

Responsibilities will include:

• Support the development and application of a variety of analytical models including the practical application of prototyping and AI to help address sponsor challenges.
• Testing and validation of predictive models.
• Employ TensorFlow and related technology to analyze large datasets and high performance models.
• Using data visualization tools you will present results in an intuitive, actionable manner that can be understood by all sponsor audiences, regardless of technical expertise.
• Deploy AI models into production.
• Hyper parameter tuning.

Required for consideration:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, related field, or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.
• Hands on experience developing training data, training various Machine Learning modeling techniques, testing and validation of predictive models.
• Working knowledge of hyper parameter tuning, performing grid search and model selection.
• Understanding of bias and overfitting.
• Strong background in data preparation, using various tools such as SQL, Python, Pandas, Numpy.
• Experience with popular AI libraries such Scikit-learn, Keras/TensorFlow as well as deploying AI models into production.
• Familiarity with Data Analytic/AI pipeline development and end-to-end system performance improvement techniques.

Preferred experience:

• Master's Degree in Data Science or similar program preferred.
• Preference given to qualified candidates holding active clearance.
