Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team at Vivid Money. In this senior-level position, you will immerse yourself in various aspects of product development, collaborate with diverse teams, and leverage your expertise to create unique and groundbreaking features for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Deeply engage with different areas of our product suite to understand user needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to gather insights and translate them into innovative AI solutions.
• Create and deploy applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve domain-specific problems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Design and optimize prompting techniques to enhance the performance and accuracy of AI models.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and fintech, applying best practices to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

• Proven experience as a Python engineer with a strong background in AI and machine learning.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of transformer architectures and their applications.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and techniques for optimizing AI model performance.
• Hands-on experience in developing LLM-based applications, including RAG.
• Demonstrated ability to tackle domain-specific challenges using innovative AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Experience in the fintech sector is an advantage.
