AI Engineer

We are seeking anAI Engineerwith 3–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inPython, R, and Java, combined with a solid understanding ofmachine learning algorithms, data modeling, and secure AI practices. This role will focus on building intelligent applications that leverage data to generate insights, automate processes, and enable decision-making.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintainAI-based systemsand applications. Implement and optimizemachine learning models and algorithms. Applyneural networksand other AI methods to solve business problems. Work with structured and unstructured data to developdata models. Ensuresecure AI model developmentpractices, including encryption methods. Integrate solutions withcloud-based AI and machine learning services(AWS, Azure, GCP). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven features. Effectivelycommunicate complex AI conceptsto both technical and non-technical audiences. Mandatory Skills Proficiency inPython, R, and Javafor AI/ML development. Knowledge ofmachine learning models, algorithms, and data engineering. Experience withneural networksand AI solution design. Strong understanding ofdata modelingand preprocessing. Familiarity withsecure AI practices(encryption, compliance, governance). Desirable Skills Experience withcloud-based AI services(AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform). Exposure todeep learning frameworks(TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Knowledge ofMLOps practicesfor model deployment and monitoring. Strong skills indata visualization and analytics. Experience collaborating in Agile, cross-functional development teams.
