Our Insight Data & AI Team is searching for passionate Associate Engineers to join our ACE Program.

As a participant of Insight's ACE (Accelerated Consulting Experience) Program you will learn skills to prepare you for success in your first role as a junior consultant including:

• Effective Communication
• Problem-Solving Strategies
• Roles & Responsibilities on a project
• Agile Fundamentals
• Sales Cycle Overview
• Technical skills related to your practice area
• Certification training

You will become part of a first-class team whom you can learn from, mirror on projects, and lean on as you start your journey as a consultant.

Preferred skills for an Associate Software/Data Engineer:

• Working knowledge of databases
• Basic SQL abilities
• Working knowledge of Python & GIT
• Data Engineering Certificate or Bachelor's degree with a Data Engineering focus
• Passion for Data Science and/or AI

Associate Software/Data Engineer Candidates will learn how to:

• Use structured decision-making to deliver best-in-class guidance and development for clients
• Solve complex business challenges using analytics, machine learning algorithms, and AI solutions
• Design, build, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using statistical modeling, machine learning, and optimization
• Contribute to entire analytics / machine learning efforts from qualifying an opportunity to machine learning operations (MLOps)
• Participate in activities to learn and drive awareness of new developments in the Data and AI space

Our Fall 2022 ACE Program will begin on Monday, October 17th and will include virtual classroom training, certification training, professional and technical skills training, and a team-based Capstone Project. Our ACE Program participants are Full-Time, Salaried Employees, working remotely starting on day 1. The target salary for this role is $80,000 per year.
