AI Engineer

ITPS is seeking to add an AI Engineer to our industry-leading team in order to spearhead our AI journey and drive further efficiencies in our organization. Key Responsibilities: • Work with all departments to identify ways to automate workflows using AI. • Analyze and interpret data, as well as identify key data to use to train AI models. • Identify, design, and/or develop AI models and algorithms to achieve workflow automation. • Collaborate with software development team to integrate AI functionality into in-house software applications. • Ensure the reliability and quality of AI implementations through rigorous testing and optimization of algorithms and models. • Collaborate with IT staff to ensure the efficient and scalable deployment of AI systems by managing data pipelines and infrastructure. • Study/review state-of-the art tools, algorithms, and frameworks to propose options for keeping the technology cutting edge. Required Professional Skills: • Proficiency in machine learning, algorithms, and data structures. • Strong development skills in languages used in AI development. • Knowledge of data modeling, engineering, and analysis. • Good communication skills. • Strong problem solver. • Ability to work with little direction and works well with a dispersed team. • Experience implementing AI in an organization from scratch is a plus.
