Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the technical paths for AI English short drama script production (large-model invocation vs in-house development), and output feasibility plans as well as cost-benefit analyses.
- Conduct in-depth research and evaluation of relevant tools and resources applicable to English short drama script creation. Collaborate with the technical team to explore an innovative full process of AI script production, ranging from Prompt optimization, model selection, generated content review to the Standard Operating Procedure for manual polishing.

- Collaborate with the technical team to promote the development of AI tools, clarify product requirements and iteration directions.
- Evaluate the quality of AI-generated scripts, establish a data indicator system (such as availability rate, usability rate, etc.), and continuously optimize the production process.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in literature, film and television, media, digital media art, computer science, etc.
- Have extensive experience in using models such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc., including accurately writing Prompts, reasonably adjusting parameters, and secondarily optimizing and editing the output results. Have experience in AI text-generation projects.
- Have an understanding of the content forms of English short dramas or online novels, and be able to use English as the working language.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Be familiar with the design of content production workflows. Those with experience in AIGC implementation will be given priority.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $94240 - $235980 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
