JPMC is seeking experienced AI Engineers to join our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning group in Cyber Technology Controls (CTC). The group is focused on applying state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (AL), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning (DL) technologies to accelerate and innovate advanced AI and ML capabilities for detecting and mitigating cyber threats, both current and emerging.

Your Role
- Closely collaborate with subject matter experts (SME) in Cyber Technology Group
- Mine and analyze data from JPMC data sources and assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms that effectively address to apply to data sets to Cyber Technology Group's requirements.
- Develop and utilize firm's A/B testing framework to test model quality.
- Apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, particularly in the area of algorithms for AI/ML/DL, Transfer Learning and Reinforcement Learning, to cyber data sets
- Utilize open source and third party models and also contribute to the development of innovative AI capabilities.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Develop ML Pipelines from gathering data from system of records, Preparing Data(Data Analysis and Preprocessing), Choosing Model, Training, Testing, and Validation and Prediction.
- Experience in using Algorithms: Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Dtree, Random Forest, Bagging and Boosting, K-Nearest Neighbor, Support Vector Machine, Single Layer Perceptron, Multi-Layer Perceptron, Feed Forward, CNN, RNN, LSTM, GRU, BERT, Hugging Face and Spacy Models, Naive Bayes, Markov-Model, Graph Models, etc.
- Developing Backend : Database (SQL/NoSQL/Graph), Programming Language (Python/Java/Nodejs/), Web-Frameworks, API, and Microservices, etc.
- Developing Front End : HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and knowledge of frameworks such as React or Angular
- Firm knowledge of statistical theory, data mining, or machine learning algorithms is a requirement.
- Expertise with R or Python, SQL, Spark in developing applications at scale using large datasets
- Proven experience in applying AI to practical and all-inclusive technology solutions
- Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Experience working with and creating data architectures.
- Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
Additional Desired Qualifications
- Coding knowledge and experience with several languages: C, C++, Object Oriented Languages
- Developing in cloud environment such as AWS, Google Cloud and Azure
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines, Agile Methodology
- Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, social network analysis, etc.
- Experience using web services: Redshift, S3, Spark, DigitalOcean, etc.
- Experience with distributed data/computing tools: Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Gurobi, MySQL, etc
