AI Operations Operator

About the Position:

Velocity Works, a OpenAI integration services and consulting company, is seeking an AI Operations Operator to play a crucial role in guiding businesses on integrating AI solutions into their processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop comprehensive strategies, and design custom AI solutions that maximize efficiency and streamline workflows across various industries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and AI model performance optimization.
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, optimization, and integration with AI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with common programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and data processing tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Experience working in a consultative or client-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for AI and a commitment to staying current with the latest developments in the field.

• Educate clients on AI capabilities and best practices, ensuring they are well-equipped to manage and utilize their AI solutions effectively.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, addressing any challenges or issues that arise in the AI integration process.
• Continuously research and stay current on emerging AI trends and technologies to identify potential new offerings and improvements to services.
• Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and workshops to help clients build their internal AI expertise.
