AI Program Manager (KR)

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to identify promising AI projects that address their critical manufacturing hurdles and unlock significant business value.
• Translate business requirements into innovative AI features and capabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers to transform use cases into actionable technical plans and manage cross-functional teams (Applied Scientists and Software Engineers).
• Develop detailed project roadmaps, balancing short-term client deliverables with long-term product vision.
• Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and pilot projects to explore new product features and showcase the power of AI solutions.
• Proactively anticipate stakeholder needs, manage expectations, mitigate risks, and champion solutions.
• Foster a collaborative environment, inspiring and leading diverse teams to achieve on-time project completion.
• Craft high-quality communication materials, both internal and external, to drive success for clients and Gauss Labs.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through proactive, effective communication.
• Domestic travel to customer sites, up to 20% of working hours.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, physics, chemistry, engineering, statistics, mathematics, operations research, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience leading AI or data science projects in semiconductor industry or other manufacturing field.
• Strong customer presence and proven ability to build trust as a trusted advisor.
• Passionate about understanding customer needs and fostering deep relationships with user organizations.
• Adept at navigating the intersection of business and technical domains in software projects, providing leadership in both areas.
• Exceptional presentation and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in English and Korean.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.).
• Semiconductor industry experience or expertise.
• Proven track record leading client engagements with in-depth knowledge in AI/ML, data science, application development, or data engineering.
