What you’ll be spending your time on:

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Team Leader. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to manage and guide a team effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful execution of AI projects, ensuring that all phases from discovery to deployment are managed efficiently.

• Project Planning and Execution:
  • Lead the planning and implementation of AI projects.
  • Oversee the discovery, design, and integration of AI solutions, including Azure Power Automate and AI Builder.
  • Ensure all project phases (POC, ROI calculation, POV planning, go-live, etc.) are completed on time and within budget.
  • Define and document project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Team Management:
  • Manage and mentor a team of AI experts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (RnD, IT, vendors) to build and implement technical solutions.
  • Assign tasks and ensure the team meets project milestones and deliverables.
• Technical Oversight:
  • Lead the design and optimization of AI models and prompt engineering.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, including QA planning, data preparation, and testing.
  • Monitor project performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize AI models and processes.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and upper management.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain documentation and version control for all project deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on advancements in AI, NLP, and LLM technologies.
  • Collaborate with vendors and industry experts to implement best practices.
  • Educate the team on new techniques and tools to enhance project outcomes.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in managing and driving technological projects, specifically in leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in managing AI/ML projects.
• Experience with automation tools such as UiPath and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Commitment to meeting and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize conflicting needs to drive project success.
• Fast learner with high attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities.
• Independent, self-motivated, and a self-starter with a positive "can-do" attitude with high sense of ownership and ability to deliver.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and systems.
• Fluent English – Must.
