Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 12 years of experience in sales/business development function
  • 4 years of experience with people management
  • Experience working with engineers and customer technical leads to build business cases and accompanying plans for implementation

Preferred qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in growing and scaling sales organizations
  • Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors
  • Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed our technology into their product set
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud, Google Cloud AI offerings, and experience and understanding selling an AI technology stack
  • Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in AI

As an AI Sales Specialist Specialist Manager, you will be responsible for growing our AI business by building and leading teams who are working to deploy our AI solutions. You will possess the necessary selling skills to effectively build relationships with internal relationships (e.g., FSR, KADs, CEs, SAs, Product) and with external customer stakeholders, identifying innovative ways to multiply the impact of the team as a whole.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$232,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Empower and be accountable for developing, advancing, and closing business pipelines AI bookings and business. Oversee the creation of strategic account plans, including a broader enterprise plan across key verticals
  • Attract, hire, and develop talent to build scale. Serve as a key contributor to AI Sales and Google Leadership teams
  • Create alignment across multiple functions (e.g., Marketing, Customer Engineer Managers, Partners, Field Solutions Architects and AI Product Engineers)
  • Own C-level relationships with our customers. Manage teams focused on C-level engagements coupled with scale and growth opportunities
  • Support sellers to build and maintain executive relationships with customers. Assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions. Influence long-term strategic direction for your new and existing customers and articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact
