AI Scriptwriter - Storyby

• Write scripts for vertical short-form series, creating engaging episodes designed for mobile-first audiences.
• Develop serialized storylines, including character arcs, emotional progression, conflicts, and dramatic structures.
• Create strong opening hooks and compelling cliffhangers that maximize viewer retention and engagement.
• Generate ideas for new series concepts, formats, and storytelling approaches.
• Adapt existing stories into fast-paced short-form content while maintaining narrative quality and audience interest.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and editing teams to bring scripts from concept to final production.
• Analyze content performance metrics and iterate on scripts based on audience behavior, retention, watch time, and engagement insights.
• Stay informed about trends in short-form entertainment platforms and evolving storytelling formats.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of storytelling principles, screenwriting techniques, and serialized narrative structures.
• Ability to build effective story frameworks using elements such as hooks, conflicts, and cliffhangers.
• Experience writing scripts for fast-paced, short-format content.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous scriptwriting or storytelling work is required.
• Understanding of trends in short-form entertainment platforms and digital storytelling formats.
• Strong written English skills at B2 level or higher.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and adapt content for different audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and incorporate feedback throughout the production process.
• Basic understanding of performance metrics such as retention, CTR, and completion rate is considered an asset.
• Previous experience creating vertical series or mobile-first entertainment content is a plus.
