AI Solution Manager/Senior AI Solution Manager - State and Local

The State and Local - AI Solution Manager/Senior AI Solution Manager role is a combination of customer-facing product development and project management in the AI / ML space. 
The State and Local - AI Solution Manager will partner with customers to scope, customize or build and implement C3 AI’s ML Applications for State and Local clients. AI Solution Manager will lead cross-functional C3 AI teams (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, App Developers, and Architects) to develop or configure AI / ML Solutions.
AI Solution Managers build, configure and implement impactful AI solutions with a high level of internal and external visibility. Examples include AI based property appraisal application for residential and commercial properties or an AI based Law Enforcement application.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business & IT leaders and subject matter experts at Government and State and Local customers to scope, customize and implement C3 AI solutions.
• Articulate the AI-driven resolution approach and lead high-performing C3 AI teams (including data scientists, solutions engineers, application engineers, and product managers) to create or configure production-ready AI / ML applications.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to finalize application design, review data science results, plan testing and implementation of the C3 AI applications.
• Work as a trusted partner with C3 AI Sales to convert and expand C3 AI accounts.
• Openness to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates need to be passionate about the Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence space, will excel in problem-solving and combine an advanced business or technical degree with consulting or product management experience and have a record of successful delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects. Specific requirements are:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar field, and Master of Science or MBA degrees.
• 4+ years of project & product management experience, including 2+ in management consulting or product management. Experience in machine learning, big data analytics, data science, and cloud computing is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience of working with at least one Government agency (State, Federal or Local agency). Experience with a property assessor’s office or with a law enforcement agency will be highly preferred.
• Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in delivering effective presentations to senior executives.
• Driven, goal-oriented, and proven record of delivery.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
