Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, cloud-native technologies, and relevant copilot services, particularly GitHub Copilot.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-powered development tools.
• Deep dive into technical requirements, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concepts to guide solution development.
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging Microsoft technologies and trends, including AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Lead design discussions, present architectural solutions to stakeholders, and address technical concerns.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure solutions are implemented to the highest standards.
• Document technical designs, best practices, and architecture decisions for future reference.
• Maintain a deep understanding of security best practices and ensure solutions are compliant with organizational policies.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or similar role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure platform (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• In-depth understanding of cloud-native architecture principles and best practices.
• Proven experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-powered development tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
• Bonus Points:
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and/or similar technologies and its applications in software development workflows.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and practices.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience in a specific industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, retail).
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision and within changing priorities.
• Ability to analyze requirements and troubleshoot problems.
• Strong business acumen and deep understanding of business processes
• Strong presentation, and conflict management skills
• Experience mentoring and reviewing the work of functional team members.
• Ability to work in a matrix team environment with both internal and 3rd party development teams (onshore / offshore).
• Hybrid Work Model 
• Working Time: India 2nd Shift till 11:30 PM IST / 2:00 AM EST or 12:30 AM IST / 3:00 AM EST

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
