Job Description:

You will be responsible for running AI performance benchmarks for distributed training such as nccl, mlperf and LLM ai benchmarks, optimizing parameters with focus on Ethernet fabric. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Ethernet fabric, machine learning, performance metrics, benchmarking, and will be adept at diagnosing and resolving system bottlenecks.

As a leading supplier of Ethernet fabric for AI training, Broadcom works with all major cloud providers. You will have a front row seat to the AI training cluster development in the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure and run benchmark tests.

- Identify and troubleshoot system performance bottlenecks.

- Develop and implement performance testing frameworks and automation tools.

- Write white papers, blogs on AI solutions with focus on Ethernet fabric

Experience with distributed training is a strong plus. Knowledge of Ethernet switching is preferred.

The successful candidate will be able to manage a variety of outstanding tasks, across multiple projects.

Bachelor's and 5+ years of related experience or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 3+ years of related experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200 - $152,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
