As the AI Team Lead at Colleen AI (Entrata Israel), you will be steering the development of groundbreaking generative AI technologies, redefining property management and improving the living experience for millions in the US. Your role will be instrumental in crafting and executing a strategic roadmap that leverages generative AI to revolutionize communication channels and workflow optimizations across the property management industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a talented team of 6 engineers and data scientists in the creation and continuous enhancement of our AI technologies.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for building generative AI solutions that improve the operational efficiency and communication methodologies of property managers across the US.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Colleen AI and Entrata to ensure technology alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements by incorporating cutting-edge AI solutions from both third-party LLMs and open-source platforms.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team growth, and leading by example with hands-on involvement in project development.

Requirements

• Passion for improving processes through technology and a vision for using AI to enhance everyday life in property management.
• Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data science/AI research to production work. 
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a team leader with a strong hands-on technical background.
• Expertise in generative AI technologies and familiarity with both third-party and open-source LLMs, including building, tuning, and evaluating LLM applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with remote teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to lead projects from conception through to execution and evaluation.
